Being surrounded by amazing, like-minded people!
I’m on a fairly restricted diet so I don’t go out to eat often, but every once in a while, I do like to cheat and go to Arizona Wilderness in Chandler for a bun-less burger and their awesome duck-fat fries!
In addition to being a student ambassador, I am on the board of the Natural Speakers Club, a volunteer for Natural Advantage, a peer mentor, and a member of the senior research team.
My ideal living situation would be owning a farm filled with rescue animals.
I am still open to everything and want to learn as much as I can while at SCNM. Right now, my interests consist of nutrition, pranic healing, botanical medicine, applied kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, and research. After graduating, I plan on becoming a Lyme Literate Physician and working with patients who have Lyme Disease, and/or other chronic illnesses.
Naturopathic medicine just makes sense to me. It gave me the tools that I needed to regain my own health, so I know first-hand how it can benefit my future patients.
The sun! I don’t know about you, but my mood changes with the weather. I love spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking up one of the nearby mountains or just soaking up the healing energy in-between classes.
