Assistant Professor – Nutrition
My nutrition philosophy is simple: a healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy relationship with food and with yourself. I believe in meeting my patients where they are at and working with them to develop practical goals that can be implemented immediately. I have a passion for science and education, and enjoy learning new things every single day about my field. In my spare time I love to travel, ski, spend time with family and be outdoors with my two rescue puppies.
