About me

Dr. Taylor Arnold is a registered dietitian and nutrition PhD specializing in eating behaviors for young families. She has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, including the use of ketogenic diet therapies for children with epilepsy at Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Her clinical passions include picky eating, baby led weaning, and intuitive eating for parents. She practices from a Health at Every Size perspective, as she understands that all bodies can be healthy, regardless of their size.
In addition, Dr. Arnold also has experience with medical nutrition therapy for infants, pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune disease, and feeding tubes. Dr. Arnold emphasizes the use of peer reviewed literature to support evidence-based interventions with all her patients. Ultimately, she strives to help all her patients achieve the goal of stress-free mealtimes, body confidence, and a positive relationship with food.

Classes Taught:

Dr. Arnold teaches classes in Nutrition and uses the Teaching Kitchen often with her students.
