Dr. Michael Robinson is a Naturopathic Doctor & Clinical Nutritionist specializing in integrative oncology in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Robinson is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Illinois Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist, and Vermont Licensed Naturopathic Physician. Dr. Robinson is passionate about changing the current healthcare paradigm and advocate for moving towards personalized medicine. He is in full time practice and owns his own clinic focusing on cancer support therapy and autoimmune disease in Downers Grove, IL, and is also a part of a larger integrative oncology practice in Burr Ridge, IL bringing functional medicine and botanicals to the conventional oncology world.
To support his goals of improving our healthcare system in as many facets as possible, Dr. Robinson also holds faculty positions at numerous educational institutions teaching a variety of healthcare providers at the associate, bachelors, masters, and doctoral level. He enjoys teaching about nutrition and natural medicine to healthcare providers, as well as teaching medical skills (phlebotomy, IV technique, EKG, physical exam etc.) Dr. Robinson is actively engaged in lobbying efforts for the naturopathic medicine and nutrition professions, and is a member of the Illinois Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and serves on the House of Delegates for the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
