Naturopathic medicine concentrates on whole-patient wellness; the medicine is tailored to the patient and emphasizes prevention and self-care. Naturopathic medicine attempts to find the underlying cause of the patient’s condition rather than focusing solely on symptomatic treatment.

Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine buys building in Tempe for clinic

The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine paid $4 million for a 42,000-square-foot building adjacent to its Tempe campus to make room for a clinic that’s currently housed in Scottsdale.
 
Tournament of Champions raises over $13,000

The  first annual Sage Foundation for Health Tournament of Champions was held on  March 27 at the Legacy Golf Resort in Phoenix, Ariz.
